    Hello team, we are questioning our selfs how is the best time to update Wordpress an PHP to the newest version. What you recommend? When is the best time or should we make it automaticly? We want to prevent errors and conflicts with the theme. Thank you Best regards

    hi we recommend you to update the wordpress as we also enabled the php8 on our locals so that we can test all the functionalities but i will recommend you that you can remain on 7.4.16

    I do not quite understand. Should we go with php 8 or 7.4?

    php 7.4.2, PHP 8.0.3, PHP 8.0.8 are tested. PHP 8.1 has issues in core wordpress and buddypress. hopefull these would get resolved in few days / weeks.
