wplms 4.0 quiz not working in the main course

When we assign a quiz to the main course (even a simple quiz of 2 questions  - and in the main course when we reach the quiz section we answer all questions - the quiz hangs and only the buffering icon keeps rotating and does not come out of that. This is the problem being faced with wplms 4.0

hi, well i have tested the same on my setup as well http://prntscr.com/tubbx4 and it is working make sure you have updated to the latest version of the theme and plugins as well
