    Hi, I'm trying to setup the Chat to my site and it doesnt work. The conversation is always loading as you can see here: http://prntscr.com/jzpw78

    Can you share site link in private reply ? Also, is rules setup in firebase  as recommended in the Chat settings after you save the firebase config, this is the most important part and can cause this issue.
