Hi to support we may have issue with the email notifications.
- We have all set as needed, but to me it seems as we don't have the same available options as from from the help video in the https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/touch-points-emails-messages-notifications/.
- For some reason the student's still don't receive the email notification
- Notification message is available when you log in as student in the user menu only
- We need our students to receive the same notification on email as main as otherwise student don't know about the new Forum posts etc.
- We can share the credentials, etc. as needed.

For email notification to Forum posts please users would need to subscribe to the forum for that : http://prntscr.com/mo6sa6 . if its a course forum then user automatically subscribed to the forum . For emails for the course related touchpoints please check them if they are migrated in your site by clicking on the button "Edit email template" next to then : http://prntscr.com/mo6tpv
