    I have a plan to move my site to new hosting provider. But I have to make it sure that new hosting is better when running WPLMS than my exsisting hosting. So I have a plan to clone my site to new hosting to run this test. Do I need to buy new license of WPLMS for this case?

    Well the rule by envato is to use one license per domain otherwise it would be illegal . So if you are able to setup it on subdomain of same domain then there are no issues .If its on another domain then there would be issues with it.
