WPLMS Plugin won’t download or install.

Hi Mr. Vibe, Last week I installed V4.070 of the WPLMS theme and WP 5.5. We spoke on Facebook and you sent me the link for the VibeBP plugin. BUt not the WPLMS plugin. I tried to download it, but it didn't accept my purchase code. https://prnt.sc/u4wcs4 Do I need this plugin installed? I don't use the page builder, I use Elementor. I still have the older WPLMS plugin installed. I think this might be causing some issues within the backend, like when I try to customize the menus or the logo, etc. I know I already discussed these things with you on Facebook messenger. I did manage to resolve the logo issues on the main theme and the mobile version, it was a cache issue.

Guys, I've just realised that I know why the new dashboard won't install. I do need this WPLMS plugin. I've read through your documentation. hence why I still have the old dashboard-style for the course LMS.

But that still doesn't make sense, because I have the WPLMS Dashboard plugin installed, but I don't have the new dashboard layout like in this image. New Instructor Course Dashboard
