Hello. In this two days we have received several complaints from our students. They said that the certificate which they received are wrong. In first case the date was wrong, in second case the name was wrong. I'm wondering how it could be possible. Because right certificates are exist in Media Files, but our student get a wrong one. Can you explain how to solve this problem?
