WPLMS update own site

Good day. I have a WPLMS and was off line for a while. I want to use a DEMO template so that the settings and colours don't change with updates of the theme. How do I choose a DEMO, and see the latest functionality of each theme. Some of the YouTube videos looks old and not valid to the new coding. Kind regards Louise

@khalri Yes, the videos available on youtube are old. Updates won't change any setting or colors you are using. Did you encounter any such situation? Can you explain a bit about that?
