wrong user name on messages

Hi, After the latest update, one user sent me a message saying that appeared a name of a man in spite of her name on the message of the results of the quizzes. I'll attach on the next message her image.

Hi, Her username is "matida", and the name appearing is "Heron Santos" (please see the bottom of the page with the results). What could make it happen? What should I do? Thanks, Daniel

This is working just fine at our end and neither any other user have reported the issue so far . Please note that the activity is recoreded as text in database and it is fetched and shown same way .So any modifications wiht the username will not reflect in old activities . So please check the name corresponding  to the username in the back end wp-admin -> all users that if the user have change name later on .
