You are turning a great experience and user testimonial into a negative experience very quickly. I provided FTP and admin logins 5 days back and still nothing done I have even offered to pay and nothing done. Please get in contact asap. We checked your site again and the credentials that you have provided has user role as admin but do not have the capabilities of admin . Please refer : http://prntscr.com/a9qqb8 Seems like you were trying to customize the user capabilities. Note that the wplms theme do not modify any of the user capabilities like this .
