Please do a clean setup of wordpress and then please add a new admin user to it . Please remove any kind of customizations in your site and also deactivate the third party plugins while creating the replicate of your website . We have shared a screenshot on what is actually happening in your site . the admin user role is not having any capabilities to access the index.php in wp-admin . Please try setup a new wordpress and wplms to check the issue .

Admin is able to access other pages except the wp-admin/index.php  . Please try accessing this link in your site : yoursite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php .

We checked your staging site again and found the following issues  : 1 . Dont know how you were able to get this in your site : http://i.imgur.com/ZuXTEoI.png Welcome buddypress screen is coming up two times . 2. Check the position of "activity" in your site and in our site : http://prnt.sc/ac7scx In your site activity option is appearing at the end  . 3. Capabilities array does not exists in your site for any admin old or new (as mentioned earlier ) . So from above points we concluded that there is something wrong with your wordpress and buddypress setup . Also theme and all its plugins does not apply any restrictions for the admin role to access the wp-admin regarding permissions . Now to check this we need to reset your wordpress site and install a brand new clean setup at your staging site if you allow us .
