Nope, you're still there.
I've been trying to help you out by overriding server upload settings via php, but it seems a permanent solution for your problem can only be achieved with pl-upload.
We're currently working on batches and will be working on pl-upload this weekend, so the next wplms s3 update should resolve your issues.

The issue was resolved when the server increased the PHP upload limit from 8mb to 5 GB and the user is now able to upload files in S3 server.
