    After a user registrate itself no activation email is sent. I can only activate the user manually. When creating a new mail I cannot choose an option (when the email has to be sent) that the email should be sent after registration. I have not activated a special registration page (in WPLMS >> BuddyPress >> Custom Registration Page) The problem occus even when I use an registration form (LMS >> Settings >> Registrations Forms >> defaulta activation email is sent) or when I am using the default of BuddyPress.

    Thanks for your reply. Check 1: No, the activation email is not present. Check 2: I uploaded the xml-file. After doing this the activation-email is now present when I go to (wp-admin >> lms >> setting >> emails >> activation e-mail Check 3: I tried creating a new user and the activation email is now sent and the account can be activated. Thanks so far. Check 4: I tried to whether an email is sent when I click "forgott password", but this email is not sent so far. However, when I change a password when logged in an email is sent. I provide my login credentials an URL in an private poste below.

    Hi, Check 4: If  your wordpress forgot password email is not working properly then contact to your host provider, and share this problem with them. If wp-admin forgot password is not working then this issue is due to server and not related to theme.

    update: When i request a new password via the WP login page (.../wp-admin) I get an e-mail with a reset link but I get no email when I request a new password via the main page using the login form.

    Hi, @quelinian This issue is server related not theme related. Kindly share this issue with your host provider.

    My emails work well. My provider hasn't any idea about an issue even because emails are working. On the wordpress login the reset password link is sent. This is working: Wordpress In the theme not: Theme

    Hi, For this make sure that forgot password email template is present in email. Go to wp-admin>Email>All email Refer : http://prntscr.com/jrk3kz
