    2- Is there a possibility to display the number of readings within the course page as well as in the plog page

    1. you can control this using this custom css. paste the below css in wp-admin > appearance > customize > custom css
      2. .single-course .course_reviews .review_breakup .rating_snapshot h2{ font-size:60px; font-weight: 200; }

      3. Go to wp-admin > WPLMS > BuddyPress > Items per page and change the number count > save It will change the number of items appear on the directory on a page
    3. No, this is not possible. It will only show the count
    4. Please try adding the given css from wp-admin -> appearance ->customize -> custom css for footer logo : #footerbottom #footerlogo { max-width: 150px; }

    1. 1. Please try adding this custom css in your wp-adnin -> appearance -> customize -> custom css : footer .form_field:focus{     color:#000;   }   2. Please follow this tip to tackle the certificate issue in mobile device : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/add-notice-to-view-the-certificate-on-desktop/  ACtually certificate cannot be viewed in mobile properly due to its fixed height and width . For print issue please provide some time to check this out . 3.     thank you for your reply 1- Where the Solution of  the problem of the first part in question 1 "CERTIFICATE CODE   does not work https://prntscr.com/ko0n1z When I enter a certificate code, it takes me to the course page and does not show me the certificate" 2- ""Could not access the course status page using the above details"" I have the same problem always it  give me this  message  and i dont know the reason This happened after i starteing using the WPLMS theme Always give me this message "Sorry you can not access this page" but when you delete the last part of the link as in the following picture the page will open to you with the admin account https://prntscr.com/kopq9e    3- how i can disabling caching for logged in users?

    1. please create a page named default certificate and select its template to be "certificate " and then goto wp-admin > wplms -> course manager -> select this default certificate page here you created .
     
    1. seems like there has been some kind of customizations done with user roles .

    1. well the caching plugin you are using should have this option .

    1- There is something illogical There are students within the course They passed the course and got a certificate https://prntscr.com/kqt65n  But when I send them to the members of the site to open their personal page Show me a message No members found https://prntscr.com/kqt65i  How can I find the accounts of these members? This problem occurred with more than one member 2- Is there anything new about the  Problem of downloading the certificate in pdf format?

    3- This is another strange problem This student enrolled in the course and entered the exam and received 72/100 https://prntscr.com/kr3cf9  However, nothing appears in the session's stats https://prntscr.com/kr3cfa These technical problems have caused us a lot of embarrassment with students

    1. You are showing the name of the user : https://prntscr.com/kqt65n but searching via email id : https://prntscr.com/kqt65i, try searching the user with the same name in the search console.
    2. PDF Certificate plugin is under construction at the moment.
    3. The progress bar is the course progress bar which is based on number of units completed in the course.
    I can see in the activity log, the student seems to have re-started the course. This forced the course progress to reset to zero.

    1. Connect WP Admin - WPLMS - Course amanger - Edit course page and this button will automatically appear.

    2. WP Admin - Appearance - Customizer - Body - Dark and Light background text color.

    3.  This is buddyPress menu. WP admin - Appearance-  Customizer - BuddyPress

    1. This plugin should work.

    2. Place the translation files in wp-content/langauges/plugins folder instead

    1. okay that is because you are using other directory layout .The create course button is not available in directory layout 5 . Change it to somethings else from wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> layouts -> directory layout : change it to d2 or d3 .

    1. Well this menu cannot be controlled . This is coming from buddypress and some of the course related items are registered by us via code in theme.
