February 13, 2019 at 10:16 am #196572BaldamusSpectatorHi, We have massive problems creating certificates on different platforms. Only in Google Chrome does it work as it should. Firefox, IE and Safari mobile (iPhone XS) don't merge background image and variable text correctly. A new certificate plugin has been announced in your Facebook group. When will it be available? Currently we have to create and send Zeertifikate manually to our customers. Here are some screenshots: Goggle Chrome: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c6sp8g84r076s9g/KiPort.de%20-%20Google%20Chrome%202019-02-13%2010.05.06.png?dl=0 Firefox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ftmh24uqi4f6qpy/KiPort.de%20-%20Mozilla%20Firefox%202019-02-13%2009.51.27.png?dl=0 MS Edge: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qfnm3qfka39j5ib/KiPort.de%20%E2%80%8E-%20Microsoft%20Edge%202019-02-13%2011.00.21.png?dl=0 Mobile: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w44016pkxbdtz23/Kiport.de%20-%20Mobile.png?dl=0 Thanks for your support. Greetings MichaelFebruary 19, 2019 at 12:09 pm #197493loganMemberHello, I appreciate for your patience. we have updated our theme to version 3.9.1. Let me know if you need any further information.February 19, 2019 at 12:16 pm #197496BaldamusSpectatorHi Logan, Thank you for this information. Two short questions: 1) When will the update to 3.9.1 be released ? 2) Is the new "Certificate Plugin" already included in the update or does it have to be installed separately? Greetings MichaelFebruary 19, 2019 at 3:07 pm #197535BaldamusSpectatorHi Logan, I have just update all plugins to Versin 3.9.1 but the bug ist always there: Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/txt627q85rrnti4/KiPort.de%20-%20Mozilla%20Firefox%202019-02-19%2016.02.31.png?dl=0 What am I doing wrong? Whats about the new certificate plugin you promote on Facebook?February 19, 2019 at 4:04 pm #197546BaldamusSpectatorHi Logan, After the update to 3.9.1 I have massive problems with the course system. If I start a course there is only a white page. I have reversed the update first of all again. I request urgent assistance. Thank you in advance. Greetings MichaelFebruary 20, 2019 at 10:57 am #197644loganMemberHello, It could have been better if you had shared some screenshot of the issues. It is possible when you were updating the theme, some of the plugin has deactivated. you needed to activate them again. After updating the theme please re-save the permalinks and also clear the browser's cache. I want to ensure you that we have gone through several steps of testing before sending an update notification (like clean install, basic functionality test, code analysis and review, single user performance testing...etc. )February 21, 2019 at 3:07 pm #197874BaldamusSpectatorHi Logan, Now I could install the update properly. I also saved the permalinks again and deleted all caches. After that I installed and activated the new certificate plugin. After I understood how to position individual contents, I achieved good results in Firefox. Unfortunately, there are still problems: 1) Plugins such as Cookie Notice (dFactory) write their text into the certificate. I also tried some other Cookie Banner plugins. Always the same. Unfortunately we are forced to use these plugins in Europe. SCREENSHOT 2) When a certificate is retrieved by the customer, the first view is as follows SCREENSHOT 3) If you call up this certificate via Chrome, it looks like this SCREENSHOT I hope that you will be able to correct these errors. The certificates will be very good and can finally be printed in high resolution. The admin and ftp access still exists. Please take your time for a deeper look inside. Thanks for your support.February 23, 2019 at 11:48 am #198145BaldamusSpectatorHi Logan, Unfortunately there are even more problems with the certificate plugin. If a course is completed and automatically evaluated, the usual message that a certificate has been created no longer appears. Instead, only a path (not linked) to the certificate file is displayed. This confuses the users. Even after the update to 3.9.1, the certificates (without certificate plugin) are still displayed incorrectly in Firefox. We ask you to offer a practicable solution at short notice. We are forced to send certificates manually to our customers. This throws a very unprofessional light on our portal. Please give us a short feedback on how to proceed now.February 27, 2019 at 1:01 pm #198645loganMemberHello, We are working on it. and also for page builder for certificate generation.I know your time is valuable, so just bear with me little more. Thanks for waiting.
