Hola, Les agradecería que me pudieran resolver el siguiente problema, por favor. He creado un certificado, lo he incorporado al curso y cuando el alumno finaliza el curso no recibe por ningún sitio el certificado. He seguido el tutorial siguiente: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-certificates-with-printable-background-images-and-certificate-code-validation/ Sin embargo no funciona. make sure you have enabled all the latest version of plugins and theme on your site

We can take it as a paid customization for $19 ,please confirm if you agree .So is it the student field or the course field? Will student enter this field or course instructor will put this field into course settings ? - select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly
- drag and drop the element according to your design
- choose the alignment of the text there
- and after that click on the EDIT TEXT
- after that click save option
- now check it pdf and after assign to user
