ok yes replicated the issue , actually the link to the file is wrong . correct link is : http://nt3lm.com/elsawy/wp-content/uploads/sites/15/2020/08/sample.pdf but the system in fornt end generating wrong link : http://nt3lm.com/elsawy/wp-content/uploads/sites/15/sites/15/2020/08/sample.pdf it has sites/15/ two times .
