It seemed to be working fine before and now it's not. It's acting very buggy. In case it was a plugin conflict, I tried deactivating all of the unrelated plugins. This made no difference. I tried restoring from a backup, as I suspected the problems may have resulted from an update, but this made no difference.
- I can't change from the Visual Editor to the Text Editor
I can't add images to the products or course pages. All I get is a blank white page.
I can't add tags.
I can't add categories from the pages. I have to create them from the WordPress dashboard menu and select them on the page, and then it lets me save that.
I can't edit the permalinks on the pages/products.
The purchase buttons aren't working.
There is a notice that the theme needs to be updated, but there is no option to update it. Many of the components have been updated.
I have not yet updated the WooCommerce plugin as it indicates it is a major update and everything else should be updated first.
I'm not sure yet what else may not be working, but if all of these things aren't working, I'm sure there are a lot more things. Is there somebody who could take a look at the website and get this straightened out? We are going to be launching very soon and need everything working. Looking forward to a response. Thank you, Lisa

Please check js error : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors Js error likely to appear in case of outdated theme or plugins . Seems like you just have updated plugins but not the theme . Please refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ Make sure that you have provided Themeforest api key and username in your wp-admin -> wplms -> getting started . refer this tip to find that : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/ then check the theme update form the wordpress updates screen (try clicking on the "check again " button ). If auto update is not working then please manaully update the theme by reffering this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ Ultimately make sure that the theme and all its plugins are updated to the latest version .March 30, 2016 at 8:56 pm #39874KimLeischnerParticipantThank you so much. That was very helpful. There appeared to be a problem with how the Username and API was entered (I did not set up the theme originally). I replaced these and the update option for the theme became available. I updated the theme and now all seems well! An easy fix. :)March 31, 2016 at 5:20 am #39911H.K.
