    Hello, I have looked through knowledgebase and could not find an answer. We would like to replace the 'INSTRUCTOR' title to 'WIND FARM' and 'STUDENT' title to 'TECHNICIAN' We are using WPLMS to set up online Induction courses for technicians working on wid farms so we would like to replace those terms.     For this you need to translate the student and the instructor. For translation refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-codestyling-localization-plugin/ Plugins are provided in the attachment of the article. You need to translate the wplms theme for this.

    Hi Latiyan,   Unfortuately that does not seem to work for me. Set up exactly as per video and was aboe to make the edits in the back end, save the .mo file but none of the translations seemed to take effect. More worryingly, now I am getting empty pages on certain links (when a logged in user tries to access their GROUPS / COURSES links in their dashboard menu. I tried saving permalinks again, but I am still seeing the white screen on certain pages; COURSES PAGE: /members/USERNAME/course/ EDIT PROFILE /members/USERNAME/ ACCESS GROUPS /members/USERNAME/groups/ SETTINGS /members/USERNAME/settings/ Is there anyway to know what is causing those blank pages ? They were working fine before I uploaded the Code Styling Customization plugins. I have de-activated the plugins and still not working correctly. I also saw in the forum to check that BuddyPress settings all had pages assigned and they seem to have? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Well i checked the translations it does not actually effect the role names but their labels . you need to translate the occurrence if the word "Student" and "Instructor"  in the wplms theme as well as each of the plugins in which this text appears . For the blank pages please check if your members directory page is working . Please check if members page is set in your wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages . If above does not helps then please share your site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end .

    Hi Alex. I could not get CodeStyling to work, but loco-translate seems to work. I am still getting those blank pages in the User Menus for those pages. Could I send you some log-in details for you to check? I checked that all the BUDDYPRESS / PAGES / MEMBERS had a page allocated and when I click view it opens fine but don't know why I am getting blank pages on the user menu ?     You are getting blank pages, this could be because of the permalinks, please re-save the permalinks from the settings->permalinks.

    Hi Latiyan, I had already done that, but still getting blank pages. I re-saved again after your mail, still getting blank pages. Will I create an admin access for you? Regards, James

    Hi, I am still having lots of issues with this installation. I have gone back and reset the database to the default import of WPLMS and used the one-click set up to include demo data. I am still getting blank pages on members dashboard links. I have checked BuddyPress has all pages assigned (when I VIEW them as admin they are there?) PHP running 5.6.21 (FastCGI) and PHP memory limit is 128M which should be plenty. I will PM you with admin details. Back onto development site (http://windinduct.webbuddy-test.com) Thanks, James

    Well the url that you have provided is not working and is returning 404 page not found error . Can you please share a valid url , Please also try to remove the changes that you have done to translate the student and instructor labels in code (not in tranlations) . Please also check if the buddypress profile pages are working on default wordpress 2015 theme ? Please try deleting your members page and create a new members page .

    Hi Alex, I removed all edits i did and deleted all linked pages to Buddydrive and re-created them,  it seems to be linking to the correct dashboard pages, now. I noticed that the BUDDYDRIVE pages and the MEMBERS pages were duplicated in the one-click install. When I re-installed the WPLMS theme and associated (bundled) plugins from scratch on a clean database it created the demo content and duplicated the pages again. You can mark as resolved for now but maybe that duplication could be noted and any one else with the same blank issue could be told to check for duplicates after using the one click set up.
