Is there a way to only show the courses I have assigned a user too after the user has logged into the portal? We don't sell our courses through the portal and only want the users to see the courses which we have assigned them too after logging in.
Also, can I remove the FREE notification on the sidebar?
Can I change the name of the "All Courses" tab to "Sample Courses", and show only selected courses for guest/non-logged in users?
For changing the text "All courses" to "Sample Courses" use the translation plugin to translate it, refer:
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-codestyling-localization-plugin/
In all courses page its not possible to restrict the view of the courses for the users, so sorry its not available in wplms.
But yes it is possible to show users only the courses to which they are assigned to, but this feature is only available in wplms batches addon plugin not in the wplms theme.

How would I get wplms batches addon? Is that a theme or a addon/plugin? Also this wplms batches have Teams? Can I put a group of Students in in a team?
1) The codestyling plugin is available in the attachment of the article that I referred you to.
2) The wplms batches is an addon/plugin. It has many features, you can create different batches for particular group of students and for particular time for the same course.
You can download the wplms batches from here:
