    Please refer the documentation before you activate and install the wplms theme  . Please make sure that after activating the theme you first install and activate all the recommended plugin in your site and then go for the one click install in your site  . Please also note here that vibe course module ,buddypresss,vibe custom types,vibe shortcodes are essential plugins for the wplms  . Also download the fresh copy of the wplms form the envato using your theme-forest account  .

    Hello, every time they try to add these plugins it makes it server error....can you please help me with this ASAP...MY PROJECT GOES LIVE TOMORROW 1ST OF NOVEMBER....THIS IS NOT ON....IF I DOWNLOAD IT...WILL I LOSE ALL MY WORK I HAVE PUT IN...PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ME...

    Hello, i am still waiting for a reply...do you want to ruin my business....please can you fix this problem for me ASAP..I have clients calling me and i dont know how to fix this problem....what is your team doing about this...my host said there is an error in the code of the two plugins they disabled...can you please fix this for meeee..

    Hey.. Please share the username to login to your site. If possible please share your ftp credentials to check and fix this issue.   While trying out various usernames, it seems my ip (122.176.249.12) has been blocked by your stop spammers plugin. Please white list it, refer attachment.

    ALl the version of the theme and the plugin must be 1.9.9 or  more ,please update you plugins and and  theme to the version atleaset 1.9.9  . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ We have already updated the vibe course module and vibe custom types plugins  . |

    Thanks for helping me....if i update to 1.9.9 would i lose any of my content, if not please could you help me with the update , keeps saying error when i try to open it....if you could help me do it i would be ever so grateful. Thanks

    Can you please share the screenshot of the error you are getting when updating. Before update make sure you have a backup of all your customizations, translations if any. It is always recommended to keep a backup of your complete site.

    For private course: Make sure the course is connected to the product in course settings.
