    Everything was fine until we updated theme to 2.2 version. When we finished updating all the plugins, server responded with an error and now users can't access the page. Refer: http://prntscr.com/c6iw6e

    I followed this route below to disable the plugins, and was able to regain access to Wordpress. http://support.hostgator.com/articles/disableenable-all-wordpress-plugins-via-the-database I also need to move these plugins out of wp-content/plugins (I created a folder called "TEMP MOVE" and moved the folders into this. vibe-course-module vibe-customtypes wplms-customizer wplms-front-end Still trying to work out what has broken the site...

    The issue might be due to php version of the server. Here's the quick fix : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/fix-error-bp_course_mailer-php-issue/ If this does not help, please mail us your FTP details at [email protected] with subject "WPLMS Support".

    I have the same problem here.. I deactivated all the plugins to regain access to WordPress. Every time I activate the Vibe Course Module I get Error 500. The Vibe Course Module is version 2.2.. Any ideas???

    I had a backup of the files from previous version, so I replaced the new files for the old ones and everything seems to be working perfectly fine. As of this morning, I tried to update again and succeded. Whatever was causing this error seem to have been corrected by WPLMS developers.

    Run all the instructions and the same 500 error persist. Try deactivating all and activating one by one and discover that this plgunins may hyave some issues: WPLMS EventOn 2.2 If  you use W3Total Cache maybe have some 500 errors, deactivate and try, it works for me.

    Hello, 1st issue has been resolved and site is working fine, Now I am having issue with Mega menu after this update. Please check the screen shots.

    Can you please share screenshots via http://prntscr.com. Also try giving the width of the menu in pixels.
