Account Being Created Before Payment is Complete

During testing of the checkout and purchase process I noticed that an account is being created even if the transaction is cancelled and a payment is not completed. How can I stop this from happening? This is the case with both paypal standard and paypal express checkout. I want an account to be created only when a payment is complete and the order is received.

This is controlled by woocommerce, so try contacting woocommerce for this purpose.

hi @migueltanco yes it happens because this is the default functioning of the woo-commerce as mentioned above it's totally controlled by woo-commerce then it will be great if you ask for the same to the woo-commerce support.
