Activation Link not working / showing error on page

Hello, how are you doing! My activation link was working fine, but the link was not hyperlinked (therefore cannot click, I had to highlight it myself and copy the link)... So I put the email token in the hyperlink address. Now, when I test the activation link with the test email, it shows an error on the page. The page says: This site can't be reached. https's server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN   Do you know any way that I could fix this issue? Thank you very much.
