auto updating wplms bug

I set it up normally according to the link below. But The theme is not automatically updated at this time. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ https://prnt.sc/orxwkd It says Envato API error. https://prnt.sc/orxxb7 How can I make automatic updates?

if your theme version is 3.6 or below then refer :

The theme version is WPLMS 3.9.5. No automatic updates. So I made a manual update. However, manual updating is very inconvenient. I tried following the link below, but automatic updates do not work. https://youtu.be/BLkw5YUixOM

Well this works perfectly on our local setup .there must be something server related at your end , please try to click the "Updates Active. Click to re-confirm." and re-authenticate from envato . Then goto wp-admin -> dashboard -> updates click on the check again button two to three times update should appear .

There is no indication in the update page. https://prnt.sc/pdqzkp In addition, the Envato Market settings page informs you that an update is available, but clicking on it will cause the update to fail. https://prnt.sc/pdr1od

You said you would contact Envato and check it out I'd like you to solve it quickly. I prefer automatic updating to manual updating.

Hi in order to debug this we would also need your valid ftp credentials to check of your server is able to ping our updates api and exactly what it is returning from it . Can you please share your valid ftp credentials in private reply ?

The current WPLMS theme has been updated to WPLMS 3.9.7 But my theme is still 3.9.5. I'd like to update to WPLMS 3.9.7 automatically. Please fix the problem quickly.

Ok we just ran a test and found that your server  is able to ping our server. So I guess the problem is not related to your server. It is related something from the envato api itself which we are using . If you need to update in urgent we can do this for you manually from Cpanel . If you can share it .
