    Hi, I have tried to upgrade on my staging site and after setting all the layouts to "BLANK" the profile keeps on loading for ever and courses page is blank (no courses) same in category pages. The search bar has disappeared from the main page (e.g. main page upskillslearning.com) I am posting login details if you need to check.

    Not sure if related but in wp-admin->Dashboard->About WPLMS->Installation and Setup Section is not accessible and gives error "<span style="color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.</span>"

    Yes, because you will need a profile Layout in wp-admin > vibebp > Member Profile While Installation, these will automatically create on the site If it is not there, then you can follow this: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-setup-wizard-import-content-not-loading/

    Thanks for the information, exactly where is this setup wizard. I cant find it. There is a section "INSTALLATION and SETUP" in Dashboard - About wplms and it says I am not allowed to access that page. This is so frustrating. it takes one small setup a day. After spending months and months on version 3 getting to where we were, now we are back to the drawing board. Please it would be nice if the response was more elaborate, instead of it taking 2 to 3 days it could be solved in one day. Thanks

    I can totally understand your situation and trust me, the situation is difficult for us as well because so many users, their queries, their anger :) We have to handle all these situations. I am trying to elaborate as much as I can Please check and let me know if you are not able to do that, share the site URL with credentials. I will do that for you
