can not translate vibe custom types after update

when I am trying to translate some words from vibe custom types using loco translate I get the message "forbidden"

I can translate everything but vibe customtypes does not seem like a server problem to me

Can you please share some screenshots of the issue . Please also share what text you are translating and this is happening? Please also share steps to replicate the issue .

this is what i get after pressing save http://prnt.sc/b0ikg3 it happens when I try to translate any text from <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;">customtypes</span>

Please check your folder permissions of the wp-content folder . folder permissions must be 755 and file permissions must be 644 for your wp-content folder and its all subfolders(755) and files (644).

I checked, file permissions are as they should be, still I get forbidden

Then please check there is any languages folder in your wp-content folder . check of there are "themes " and " plugins " folder in your wp-content/languages folder . Please also try increasing your php configuration . This is our test site configuration : WP Memory Limit: 128 MB WP Max Upload Size: 64 MB PHP Post Max Size: 64 MB PHP Time Limit: 300 PHP Max Input Vars: 1000 If all these are correct and still facing issues then please try using the code styling plugin or po-editor software for translation .
