Can this theme be setup on a Amazon Web Services?

Just a simple query on the compatibility of the theme with AWS services like Elastic Baenstalk, cloudfront, S3, Elasticache using memcache, RDS running MYSQL ? Does the theme support W3 Total Cache ? Finally, the question boils down to this, there is a whitepaper on AWS for installing a highly available wordpress - the setup is quite complicated and i have a doubt if the memcache engine or the RDS databse might have an issue after install http://d0.awsstatic.com/whitepapers/deploying-wordpress-with-aws-elastic-beanstalk.pdf
