Cannot Complete Demo 1 Install

I have tried to install the WPLMS Demo 1 six times and I am extremely frustrated! I completely uninstalled WP each time and started fresh. I followed the video, installed the demo 1 plugin first, and WPLMS plugins and activated them. At the point of completing the WPLMS theme install with data, the site hangs and does not import the data. When I go back to the Dashboard, the "Install WPLMS" option is still there and the option to install with or without data is still available. I have included screen shots of the theme install and the my site. I am only uploading the "wplms.zip" file for the theme. Thanks in advance for the help.

Please make sure that you have installed and activated all the required plugins .

Beofre installing demo 1 please check your server php configuration also .

this is our test site configuration .

WP Memory Limit: 128MB

WP Max Upload Size: 64 MB

PHP Post Max Size: 64 MB

PHP Time Limit: 300

PHP Max Input Vars: 1000

 

Please try having this configuration on your server (contact webhost)

If your configuration is more than or equal to the above and still you are unable  to install the demo 1 then please share your site url and admin credentials in a private reply .

Referring to "PHP Time Limit: 300," I see the following settings on my server: max_execution_time 30 max_input_time    60 Those are the actual settings.  Which of these need changing or is it somewhere else?

Alex, Something else is going on. I added a php.ini file with the settings you suggested to the root of dev.sleepnp.com. This is a new subdomain. It is a 7th attempt to get the Demo 1 sample data loaded.   i checked your site and found that the php time limit (max execution time ) is not increased .Please contact your webhost to increase the php time limit(max execution time )   .Wplms needs php time limit to be atleast 240 .

Dear Sirs, We have the same problem. we have followed all steps,we have reviewed all posibles configurations  in php.ini and wp-config.ini and we have tested the installation  in different servers, and we can't install the  example demos in any site.   Please, can you help us??   Thanks in advance

Problem solved! It was the max_execution_time being less than 300. I moved the php.ini file to the proper location with the following settings: upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_vars = 1000 and the wp_config.php file for the theme: /** The Memory Limit of WP. */ define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' ); Thanks for your help, Alex!

I have done all of this - including making sure the hosting environment met the standards outlined and the install with sample data is still not doing anything. I wait about 10 minutes and there is still no movement from the attached image.   I activated the plugin, installed WLMS, installed and activated the appropriate plugins, made changes to hosting environment and clicked install with sample data and this just keeps going

The same problem for us. We can`t install the demo data following the indications. we spend too time with this!

Hi  @Informatica , Please also check above mentioned steps . For demo 1,2,3 revolution slider must be installed and activated . Please try the import after deactivating the Eventon,wplms eventon and Visual composer plugin . If above does not helps then  please create your own topic and share your credentials and site url in the next reply(private) in that topic  to check the issue individually on your site ? Please do not share credentials in topic itself first create a topic and then make a private reply and share credentials in it . hi @danielh , already replied to your another topic .
