Cannot update wplms and vibeBP plugin

https://prnt.sc/tsodx6 Last night I updated WPLMS theme which is a major release. After updating the theme and related plugins, I noticed I cannot access WP customizer. I tried to switch different theme but still I cannot access customiser of that theme (2020) too. I found it has 500 internal error and it causing a certain plugin. Now today afternoon, there are two updates notifications. WPLMS plugin and VibeBP. I tried to update these plugins but each it has has error. Can you help ? I had never this issue, after updating theme last night, it started.

https://prnt.sc/ttci6e See what happened. Background: To rectify the cusotmizer stuck issue, I deactivated all plugins. All plugins, no plugins were activated. I reinstalled wordpress 5.4.2. But no luck. When I setup wizard this happened. Never happened this issue before.
