    Please try regenerating certificate using this tip : link . If above fails then  try re-assigning the certificate to user from course admin and then regenerate the certificate for him using this tip .   If above all fails then please share the user credentials who is facing this issue and tell the certificate name also .

    Hi, The user get certificate when completing the course. However, if the code is sometimes unavailable, we would try to assign the certificate manually.

    Hi, I want to know in which case this problem generates? By manually assigning or by automatically assigning after course completion. Because i tried it and have not found any issue.
