I am unable to place all the elements in my certificates using the pdf builder. Everytime after i increase the font / width / height , it gets replaced by default value after clicking on the save button. I went through the videos and documentation but this issue is not highlighted. Please assist

Hello , I followed all the steps mentioned in the msg but the issue isnt resolved. The text size automatically changes to 14 (default) even after me changing it

i hope you have followed these steps properly 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate please share certificate template URL course URL in which it is included with user added in the course i will replicate and let you know if there is any issue

Yes i did follow all the steps but that font size is getting reset to 14 https://electrovertlabs.com/certificates/certificate-general/ is of certificate https://electrovertlabs.com/all-courses/computer-basics/ is of course

Thanks a lot for the assistance While i was implementing the same steps i cant figure out what was the problem , maybe a browser related problem. Anyways , thanks again You may now close the ticket
