Certificate Popup Not Displaying Correctly

Hi I am having issues regarding certificate display in popup window. When I open the certificate in new window it displays correctly.

Do you mean certificate_student_date shortcode is not working ? Please make sure that you have activity streams component enabled in your wp-admin-> settings -> Buddypress ->  components . then please assign the certificate to the user again from course admin . refer : http://prntscr.com/ea9tf5 then check if that data appears or not . If not then please share your site url and admin credentials in a private reply to check this issue at your end .

no no; when i open the certificate from profile tab; it doesn't show print and pdf icons. also not show all the certificate. as in screenshot.

when I open the certificate link in new window then it shows full image. i want to show full image in popup with pdf & prnt buttons .

Please share your admin credentials , site url to check this at your end . PS: mark reply as private while sharing .

Okay I have corrected your certificate .Please check and confirm . Also we have made some improvements in certificates .Please refer this topic to regenerate certificates in wplms : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/improvements-in-wplms-certificates/
