Change text on "Check Results" page

Hi, I want to change the text on the pop-up page when a user clicks "Check Results" after they have completed a quiz. The text there can be a little confusing to my students and I would like to eliminate any confusion. Attached is an image of the text I would like to change. Thank you.

Hi, Sorry I think I didn't work the question right. I want to change the "Marks Obtained" to whatever I choose. I don't need to translate it. Thank you.

I think you didn't get me, This is hard coded and cannot be changed. But it can be translated, you can translate in english to english. For example You want the text to be "My Marks" Then translated "marks obtained" to "My Marks".
