Well nope this is child theme .We do not usually release the updates of child theme .They are for customers to customize the main wplms theme . Parent theme is wplms of which latest version is 3.9.1 . It okay to install the child theme infact its better if you wish to customize theme in future .the main wplms theme will always gets updates .
