    The most stable child theme is the blank child theme. Enable the javascript loading effect at WP admin - WPLMS - Misc. This happens in the transparent and generic header styles where the header size is dynamically determined by javascript. You can switch to any other header style like sleek etc in WP Admin - Appearance - Customizer - Header - Style to avoid this.

    Please enable the loader in WP admin - WPLMS - Miscellaneous seciton. The javascript takes few milisecond to determine the layout and adjust the settings and enabling loader will resolve this. http://prntscr.com/n1alm3
