I have install video vibe and generate token. everything goes fine but when instructor try to upload video they getting site homepage on vimeo library section

Seems like you have restricted access of instructor to wp-admin by some other means using a third party plugin or custom code .
Try to remove that code (if added) or deactivating third party plugin in your site .
Still issues does not resolves then please share your site url , admin credentials and valid ftp credentials in private reply to check this issue at your end .

I guess vimeo has changes something in its api .Please provide me some more time to debug this and fix this .
Well we checked your vimeo token at our end .
the response was fine at localhost :

but this does shows some error with same vimeo token at your site .
You would need to contact vimeo support about the error code 8003 ,
check if they might have blocked the site or something related to domain or country .
