Hello,
When I go to my courses page (meestergijs.nl/cursusaanbod) I see the word abonnement (membership) in all course buttons. That means I don't have a membership yet and so I can't start any course. But then when I click the course I can start any course I want.
What is the issue here? The word in the course button that members with active membership should see is START. As in: start course.
Btw, on my phone (Google Pixal 4XL) it does say START and not ABONNEMENT. So device related???

This issue has appeared before as well I remember and the main reason for it was solely caching .
so please check clearing your cache and also try to re-login on desktop /

But that new plugin caused a lot of issues and were never resolved..

Well if I understood this correctly that one two different devices it shows abodement and start/continue button for same user at same time?
If that is the case then its most probably caching issue .
IF it would have been a code issue there will be same issue on both devices .

We did not either changed anything in the code which can affect this .
This is purely a caching issues .Would recommend you to clear caching and disable the caching plugin for one day or two and check this issue again .
It really can't be just a caching issue. I waited and still had this issue on different devices, with different accounts on different days.
REMINDER: What was/is the issue?
The course button at meestergijs.nl/cursusaanbod should be clickable and read: START when a member still has an active membership.
Please have another look.

Ok we need the ftp credentials of the live site as well in order debug this .We are seeing the issue as you mentioned but to check we would need ftp credentials .
Also can you please disable the Kinsta cache and clear its all cache ?

One question. What is more secure? Debugging the course button issue or having it fixed by updating from WPLSM 3.9x to 4.097? I'm afraid to encounter way too many css issues...

Well we are totally not sure if this is related to update .Yes you might get a very little css issues but not major on updating theme to latest , you can test on staging first for this .
Is your abodement button issue resolved or not?
No it's not... It did get fixed by you at my staging website. I don't know how... But I'm waiting for a response for this last comment I posted here:
