Course Button loading time

Hello vibethemes team, The course button is getting too much time on loading (10 seconds aprox) when the user is logged. If the user is not logged it works fine. Thank you for your help.

hi can you please confirm where you are referencing the course button? on-course status page? you can share screenshot or video with us

The course button is in Course Layout Elementor template. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSEOGtjfX10 As you see in the video, if you are not logged it works fine. When you log in, the course button loads 10 seconds aprox (even there are sometimes that it loads around 30-40 seconds).

hi yes because once the user is logged in it fetches the data to show there like start course/continue course etc that's why it takes time to show the data accordingly

Hi Veronica, In 3.x version it has this funcionallity without this loading times. It's too much time.

hi the time totally depends on the server if it's fetching the data faster or not.

Then Why in version 3 it worked really really fast?

because in version 4 we are etching the data and according to the get data shows on the course button snd in version 3 there is no such provision to show the data according to real-time.
