course curriculum and progress sidebar not showing

@spsatya41 Already replied on email. But still explaining here once again. We have two type of modes for course status template(Full screen and default). These side panels which is showing on course status page cannot be visible on single unit page. refer: http://prntscr.com/p81tjo Default view: http://prntscr.com/p81uq5 full Screen: http://prntscr.com/p81uxz But this cannot be visible on single unit page
