Hi,
Even though all my students have active subscription for all the courses on my site, they lose access to any course they haven't started. So they are unable to see any of those courses under enrolled courses.
Plus, if they go to the course page, they see Course expired button. When they click to renew the course, it asks them to pay, even though they have already paid for it earlier and have an active subscription.
I will include the admin credentials in the next message to keep the privacy.
Pls help as this is an urgent issue. Customers have paid and are unable to access the courses.
