Custom Registration form does not redirect user

  Hello We use a custom registration form but once the user hits the Register button nthing happens and no redirection is happening as well. The browser just stays at the same page. The account gets created and if the user hits refresh the homepage loads and the user is logged in. We have excluded the page from the cache but no luck. Any ideas? This could be a third party plugin which is causing code conflicts.

1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
2. Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
3. Re-save permalinks.

If it does not work only then share your wp-admin url and credentials in a private reply so that i can look into this matter.
