Customized Certificate code

Hello, We need to customize my certificate codes, because we use a sequential number for every our certificates. We have already installed your Customization certificate plugin but we a specific code for our certificate and it could be generated in automatic. The code must be in sequential order from 0001 (the first certificate of every year) and every certificate must be generated in automatic and in sequence (0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005). We use the last two digits of the year and than the sequence 0001, 0002, 0003 etc. (Ex: in the 2017 we use 170001, 170002, 170003, 170004…) Your Custom plugin works well but we need this specific feature. May you develop your plugin in order to help us? Which is the cost and the time to develop it? Thanks Luca
