Hello, how can i change the "dashboad word to "My account" in the buddypress menu?

It is possible via translating the "dashboard" string to "My account". Please check WPLMS Dashboard plugin translation files. ok but i'm using wpml for multilanguage. can use loco translate or codestyling with wpml?

Yes, it can used. WPML also has inbuilt support for translation,.
