Discrepancy between WooCommerce Sales and Commission

Hello so when we take a look at a month's worth of sales for a specific course and divide that number by 2 (there is a 50% commission for the instructor) this number is different from the instructor commission shown for this timeframe under LMS-->settings-->commissions What could be the reason here? Also how are refunds for courses handled in WPLMS commissions?

Well refunds cause the commission to rollback as well .We balance this by recording a -ve commission in case of refunds . There could be some reasons : 1 . there are two instructors in course and commisison divided in them . 2 . there could be coupon used . 3 . You paid the instructors in past . to check please share site url , admin creds and instrucotr email for whose commission was not calculated properly

2 . Well decrease in woocommerce total should be handled by woocommerce we handle the commission part here . We are checking this please provide some time.
