Duplicate menus and number in url

After entering www.gymprovirtual.com, the url adds a number at the end, how do we remove that number? We also have duplicate menus, there are two course and register options but we only want to keep one of the menus, the red one. Hi This string comes from woo-commerce geolocation setting. Goto woocommerce>>settings>>general>> default customer location and set it to shop basd address https://prntscr.com/y8ji6q then clear cache of your site.This stril will get removed. You can manage menus from appearance>> menus goto menu section select any menu like main menu and remove duplicate menu items from there.
