Please check the folder and file permissions in your server.
Folder permissions must be 755 and file permissions must be 644 .
check your folder wp-content/plugins/vibe-customtypes/includes/email_templates .

I checked the folder and files, and apparently they are all there (print screen attached).
Are we missing something?
