Well 500 errors are related to server side issues.
1. There might be insufficient memory available for the theme to run properly, we recommend atleast 128MB of memory for WPLMS Theme.
2. If you use a lot of third party plugins then you might need to upgrade your memory limit to more than 128MB
3.You can also try save the permalinks in wp-admin > settings
Refer: http://prntscr.com/nc6iug Let us know if this helps.April 15, 2019 at 2:36 pm #204672course-guideSpectatorHi, Please see below from my host pressable. Hi Zoey, I'm not seeing errors logged for memory issues. I am seeing this error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_can_edit_post() in /course-guide/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/gutenberg.php:13 I tried upgrading the plugin to 5.7, but there was an invalid license key. So, I'd recommend reaching out to the developers of the plugin to get that updated. If you're still experiencing issues after that, please forward us the links on the pages where you're seeing these issues and/or send us the specific steps to reproduce the issue. Thank you so much!April 16, 2019 at 1:12 pm #204837AvaMemberWell yes it is confirmed the issue is related to wp bakery page builder . ACtually wp bakery page builder plugin is premium plugin and we have extended license of it which allows us to include it with theme , We provide latest premium plugins with each theme update . So first you need to update your theme .
f your theme version is 3.6 or below then refer :
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/(manually update theme)

if 3.7 then refer :
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/
(check the new updates video )
After that please update wp bakery plugin using this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-update-visual-composer/April 18, 2019 at 2:45 pm #205227course-guideSpectatorGuys, I have tried this again this has not worked! I have been advised to purchase the update of WP Bakery but this is included in the package I already bought? Along with the layer slider etc - also which is asking for a licence. Surely I can't be, being completely thick here?April 19, 2019 at 12:48 pm #205378AvaMemberHi
Okay, actually even don’t have the latest updated version of both the plugin right nows.
I recommend that please use the older version of both the plugins, it will not ask for licence key then. And they works fine that way.
The things we have to consider is do not update these plugin.
