Exam with essay questions with timer

Hi, I want to create an exam that I have some essay questions type and user can write down his/her answer and each question should have limited time to answer by the user. Something such as a timer for each question and after that, use can't answer that question any more. Also I want to randomized questions. Which it mean that each student should see different questions. I think there should be some features that it use from something like question bank. Please advice. Thanks
