August 3, 2020 at 10:18 pm #279817SolutionsMaths_313ParticipantHi, I have read several posts in this forum related to expired courses, but I have not found a response. In the course in question, I have correctly filled in "1" for "total duration of the course" and "years" for "Course Duration parameter", but the course has still expired. How to do it please? ThanksAugust 4, 2020 at 3:37 am #279834JacksonBlockedPlease check the following settings. 1- Check from the product settings that course is connected to the product . 2- If it is a subscription product then please check if you have provided any duration in the duration field . refer : http://prntscr.com/8surim 3- Please also check if you have provided the " Max course Duration " and " Total number of seats " in course settings. You can increase the course subscription time for students from course admin. So I am explaining to you in detail. As I can see in the screenshot that the course is a paid course. So if any user purchase course, the subscription will be decided according to the product subscription(if not added), then course duration will decide that factor. If you want the course subscription will be started only when user clicks for the very first time on course button after purchase, then there is a setting for that in wp-admin > LMS > Settings> http://prntscr.com/tw3c2s
